The service for consumers is intended for current or prospective hearing aid users looking for information and guidance free from any bias for or against specific manufacturers.  A contact would begin with a phone call, toll charges prepaid, with the caller giving a brief description of his/her questions.  This first conversation, limited to just a few minutes, serves mainly to determine if we can be of help.  If not, we will try to suggest another source and no charge will be made.

If help can be provided, another phone conversation or correspondence can be arranged at reasonable rates.
