| This service is intended for hearing aid dispensers, and audiologists and others engaged in research, education or other activity needing technical assistance. Examples would be a dispenser needing advice on fitting a specific patient, or help in answering a patient's technical questions; a research project needing audiological as well as engineering expertise; or faculty faced with explaining unfamiliar aspects of amplification.
A contact would begin with a phone call, toll charges prepaid, with the caller giving a brief description of his/her questions. This first conversation, limited to just a few minutes, serves mainly to determine if we can be of help. If not, we will try to suggest another source and no charge will be made.
If help can be provided, another phone conversation, correspondence or site visit can be arranged at reasonable rates.
